Chess is a two-player strategy board game played on a black and white board with 64 squares arranged in an 8×8 grid. The game is popular worldwide. Chess is believed to be derived from an Indian game (chaturanga).

The knight is a piece in the game of chess that is normally represented by a horse's head and neck. Each player starts with two knights , the Knight moves in an L shape in any direction.
